The DMSC (Digital Metrology Standards Consortium) is pleased to announce the election of new Board of Director members, Daniel Campbell and Rosemary Astheimer.

Mr. Campbell is Director of Business Development of Capvidia NV. He is just completing a two-year term as a member of the DMSC Board, and has been re-elected for another term. Daniel brings a strong background in software design and dimensional metrology. His interest in metrology has positioned him to lead various working groups in this area for ANSI QIF.

Rosemary Astheimer

Ms. Rosemary Astheimer is currently Assistant Professor of Practice at Purdue University. Through her education role, she brings in-depth experience with major CAD systems into the classroom where she is sharing industry knowledge to both undergraduate and industry professionals in the areas of CAD design and MBD.

Curtis Brown, President of DMSC, comments “we are extremely pleased to have this level of industry experience and technical diversity available to be part of our Board of Directors.”

Founded in 2005, the DMSC is a non-profit organization with the mission to identify and promote urgently needed standards in the field of digital metrology. Board of Director positions are elected for a two-year term. Collectively, the seven Board of Directors serve to advance the mission of the DMSC.
