The new year has already been a good one for the Digital Metrology Standards Consortium’s (DMSC) membership efforts. This month, we welcome Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) into the family.
The organization’s mission is to “solve national security challenges through simultaneous excellence”. Their work encompasses all the Department of Energy’s missions: national security, science, energy, and environmental management.
The organization has a highly collaborative culture, which makes them a great fit for the DMSC development methodology. Our Quality Information Framework (QIF) standard is an important tool in their mission fulfillment.
We look forward to LANL staff participating in developmental DMSC Working Groups in 2023.
