DMSC is pleased to announce the return of the highly popular MBE/QIF Summit for 2025. Survey data from 2024 attendees show a high degree of satisfaction by participants. This premier event, hosted by NIST, MxD, and DMSC, will be held April 15th– 17th, 2025, at the MxD facility in Chicago.
Previous sponsors of the event are being given early sponsorship opportunities. DMSC will open availability to potential sponsors on December 2nd. We expect to make slight changes to the presentation schedule to ensure sponsors have plenty of opportunities to converse with attendees.
A major change for 2025 is that we can share attendee information with our sponsors. The registration process will follow best marketing practices, with attendees ” opting in ” when they register.
This year, the Summit presentations will be even more integrated between MBE and QIF throughout the three days. Since one registration fee covers both events, we anticipate most MBE Summit participants will stay on for the QIF Summit. Due to facility limitations, attendance will be limited to 200 participants, and we anticipate another sold-out event.
Also this year, we have created a sponsor program to ensure that sponsors have extended access to the attendees in a relaxed and collegial environment. Tabletop sponsors can choose their table location based on the date they make their sponsorship reservation. Previous event participants were found to be highly focused and made for the highest quality leads. We expect the same for this 2025 event!
