Submit Standard Issues & Improvement Requests
The “Issues” list is for more than just identifying issues with the standard. It is also a place where you can connect with other QIF/MBC/DMIS users, ask questions about the standards, and make suggestions for improvements to the standard.
When creating a new topic, select which standard your are addressing:

Then, select the type of “issue” you are creating. Here are the types of “issues” that can be posted to the issues list:
| Bug | You have found something which you consider to be a bug in the standard |
| Enhancement | You have a suggestion for a new feature or capability for QIF |
| Question | You have a general question about how the QIF standard works |
| Help Wanted | You need someone to help you with your QIF implementation |
Head on over to the issues page and jump into the discussion!
Special Note: If you or your organization discover a problem with any standard managed by the Digital Metrology Standards Consortium (DMSC) — MBC, DMIS or QIF/ISO 23952:2020 — OR if you wish to suggest an improvement, you may submit your request to the qif-community Issues list. See this page here for instructions on how to submit a topic for consideration.
