When

The MBE & QIF Summit plans to have receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday after the day’s sessions end. Given that MxD is located in an industrial park and no hotels or restaurants are very close, this is an excellent opportunity for sponsors to have time in a relaxed environment to mix with attendees.

Too Much—Splitting a reception event with a partner organization, allowing two sponsors to share the cost, is permissible.

Will I receive an attendance list?

Yes. Except for attendees who have the option to opt-out.

How long will my sponsorship last?

Sponsorship is for the entire three days, Tuesday through Thursday, with an expected number of attendees at a maximum of 200.

Can I sign up for any sponsorship level?

Yes. The Event, reception, and Lanyards are independent and separate sponsorships with different benefits.

Is there a sponsor limit?

More than one sponsor can host one of the two receptions. They can share the cost of the Reception Sponsor level. Given the size of the atrium, we have limited tables available. The tables will be assigned on a first-come basis.

When must I pay for my sponsorship?

Sponsorship payments must be paid in full and are non-refundable 30 days before the event.

Where will my table be located?

The reception and the Event Sponsors’ tables will be in the MxD Atrium. Exhibit Tables will be assigned on a first-commitment basis.
