InnovMetricOn April 11 2022, InnovMetric announced the release of PolyWorks 2022, a new software product that features support for the Quality Information Framework standard (QIF) in Model-Based Definition applications within their new universal data hub.

PolyWorks 2022 offers the premiere open digital enterprise infrastructure for managing 3D measurement data. Native CAD and QIF MBD file readers import all Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) control types to ensure digital interoperability as part of the product definition processes. PolyWorks 2022 is available now, worldwide, through InnovMetric’s PolyWorks reseller network.

DMSC President Curtis Brown commented: this announcement demonstrates the value of membership in the Digital Metrology Standards Consortium (DMSC). Expanding our members’ knowledge base around QIF standard implementation in the work force is key. We appreciate the resources our solution provider members devote to incorporating QIF into their product releases.
